Keep Your Weekends.
Built for Ginger, and her friends.
Ginger had her biggest year ever. If you know her, you're not surprised—you've seen how she takes care of her clients.
But you also know what a year like that takes. The contracts that arrive during dinner. The showing prep on Saturday morning. The constant juggle of clients, deadlines, and details that can't slip.
She's great at relationships. She shouldn't have to be great at technology too.
I'm Mark, Ginger's partner. Thirty years building software at Apple, Microsoft, and Nortel. Five years in AI. My whole career has been about taming technology—making tools work for people instead of the other way around.
So I'm building this for Ginger, and her friends.
Delight Your Clients
Ginger's clients are like family. That's not just words—it's how she works. Every text answered. Every question addressed. Every update sent, no matter what time it comes together.
That's what makes her great. It's also what fills her evenings.
When a client is in escrow, they want to know what's happening. They deserve to know. But keeping everyone informed—buyers, sellers, the other agent—takes time. Her time.
So I built a way for clients to stay informed without her doing the informing. A portal where they can see their deal status anytime. Updates that flow automatically as things progress. Questions answered before they're asked.
She still reviews everything. She's still in control. But her clients feel cared for around the clock—not just when she finds a free moment.
The clients stay delighted. The evenings stay hers.
Exceed Your Goals
Every agent I've met is driven by a number. Volume, transactions, something. It's what gets you out of bed when the market is slow.
But Ginger's goals lived in five places—her coach's spreadsheet, a notebook, her head, her broker's whiteboard, and somewhere in a stack of closing statements. Updating it was one more thing on the list. And when she hit a milestone? There was barely time to notice before the next deal needed attention.
Now her goals track themselves. Every closing pulls from MLS automatically. She can see her progress on her phone, her laptop, or in a Monday morning email—without logging into anything or updating a spreadsheet. She can add the things MLS doesn't know, like referral fees or commission splits. Export it for her coach. Share it with her broker.
The goal stays visible. The tracking disappears.
Keep Your Weekends
This is the one that kept me up at night.
I'd watch Ginger get an inspection report at 7pm and spend the evening reviewing it. I'd see her summarize a contract for clients who just wanted to know the key dates. I'd watch her keep a dozen people updated on a deal—loan officer, title rep, clients, the other agent—all manually, all carefully, all on her time.
This is where I can actually help.
Now when a contract comes in, it gets analyzed automatically. Key dates pulled out. Contingencies identified. A project plan generated—not for her to build, but for her to review. As emails come in, they're checked against the plan. Items get marked complete or flagged for her attention. And her clients? They see their deal status on a portal, updated in real time. They stay informed without her informing them.
The details still get handled. They just don't cost her Saturday anymore.
If this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
